  • H1B Petition and Our Role

    ParamStaffing.com does not file any H1B Petition directly. We may act as a mediator to faciliate the process between H1B Petitioner and Benificiary. ParamStaffing.com may ask for any non-refundable securities or may charge service fees. H1B Petitions are handled by 'United States Citizenship and Immigration Services' or USCIS (www.uscis.gov). H1B Petition can be approved, rejected, delayed or even revoked by USCIS without any prior notice or without showing any valid reasons. ParamStaffing.com is not responsible in such cases or when decision is not in favour of H1 Benebiciary for any damages or refunds. Any beneficiary working thru ParamStaffing.com understands assumes the risk and hence will NOT presume our liablility. In case of any changes in H1B governing laws the outcome of the H1B process may change. We express no liability for the such scenario. The H1B process may also be affected by the various economic factors within USA. H1B Petitioner may also approve, reject, delay or even revoke from USCIS without any prior notice or without showing any valid reasons. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages.

  • H1B and other Visa Information.

    H1B visa is not handled by us. We DO NOT file h1 visa for any person directly. It's the third party (Other companys which can file h1 as per US Federal laws and descriptions. www.uscis.gov) Even after H1B application is approved H1B visa may be denied and that is not in our control. We therefore express no Liability and Warranty and Guarantee about approval of H1B application and other Visa related decisions. (Please refer various online and offline material to know more in detail). The delay in H1B process is also out of our control. We never gurantee any specific timeframe about any pending decisions or other outcomes.

The site www.paramstaffing.com is owned and managed by Param Web Solutions. Rajkot India. This terms and conditions are applicable to all users who directly or indirectly uses the site services. No material, images or other content can be copied, reproduced or used without the written consent from Param Web Solutions(www.paramwebs.com).

Any violations of legal or applicable laws or the copyrighted material reproduction will be procecuted to the full extent by whatsoever applicable laws in State of Gujarat, India.
